CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Gratuities may be given at your discretion; 15% to 20% is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.
PRIVACY
To ensure your privacy and comfort, our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping procedures. During our body treatments, adequate draping is provided to ensure your privacy.
VALUABLES
Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
SUGGESTIONS
Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services. We discourage the consumption of alcohol prior to, during or immediately following treatments. Please do not bring cellular phones or other electronic devices to the spa. We discourage shaving 24 hours prior to any body treatment, as this can cause skin sensitivity.
AGE GUIDELINES
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, while at The Spa. All services are for those 18 and older, with the exception of nail and hair services. The parent or guardian must remain in the room for the full duration of the service.
