We're excited to share that Sunriver Resort is set to redefine its indoor-outdoor racquet sports offerings by converting all tennis courts into a new indoor-outdoor 18-court pickleball complex. This transformation comes as a response to the surging popularity of the sport among both our members and guests. Upon completion, this will be the most extensive pickleball complex in any resort community in the Pacific Northwest, adding to our reputation as a world-class sporting and wellness destination.
Phase one of the project unveiled this July, sees the launch of 10 outdoor courts. Come fall, an additional eight indoor courts will complete the complex. Alongside the courts, we're enhancing the social aspect of this fast-paced sport by introducing a food and beverage station, a walkway between courts, and a viewing area, making it the go-to place for all pickleball enthusiasts.
The resort is also expanding its Sunriver Club offerings by introducing a Pickleball Membership available to non-resort guests. This exclusive membership offers more than just access to the finest pickleball facilities in the region. It also includes membership to our luxurious Sage Springs Club and Spa, a haven for wellness and rejuvenation. Members can look forward to using the indoor lap pool, hot tub, steam room, state-of-the-art fitness center, and diverse fitness classes.
